Hey y’all! I just got back from the gym a little bit ago and wanted to share a super easy recipe for a yummy protein shake. Personally, I find that protein shakes can be really gross and it’s a heck of a lot easier to drink when they taste like dessert. In this recipe you need only 4-5 ingredients and a blender.
- 1 serving of protein powder (I used Plexus Vanilla 96 protein powder)
- approx 4oz of milk of choice ( Almond Breeze Almond Cashew Blend)
- 1/2 cup Cinnamon Roll Halo Top ice cream
- Palm-full of chocolate chips
- dash of cinnamon
Add all ingredients except cinnamon to your blender and blend until thick and smooth. Add more milk to your desired thickness. Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
